Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including payables, receivables, invoicing, reconciliation, and order processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Advance Excel, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and Indian taxation, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with global CPAs and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Oversee order processing and ensure accurate documentation and billing.
- Following up AR - AP dues and calling and mailing customers whom overdue. reporting overdue collection and payments to managing level.
- Excellent in Advance Excel
Administer payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and global CPAs for financial reporting and compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
- 45 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global coordination.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
