Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, billing, reconciliations, and financial documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting
- Maintain and update day-to-day accounts
- Record financial transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
GST Filing & Compliance
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns
- Handle GST reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure full compliance with GST rules and deadlines
Billing & Invoicing
- Generate accurate client invoices
- Create and manage e-way bills
- Track payments and follow up when required
Operations Bills Management
- Verify and process vendor bills
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for clarifications
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 13 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (any)
- Strong knowledge of GST and e-way bills
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must know Hindi (speaking is important)
- Added Advantage: Experience working in an auditor's office
