Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (candidates from Ahmedabad may apply)

Dermatouch is a fast-growing skincare and wellness brand, and we're looking for a detail-orientated Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and solid accounting fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Software

Data entry of sales, purchases, journals, payments & receipts vouchers in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Maintaining ledgers and reconciliation

Excel & Reporting

Proficient in VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic formulas

Maintaining vendor & customer outstanding reports

Preparing payment schedules and follow-up trackers

Accounts Payable

Vendor invoice verification and entry

Processing payments as per due dates

Maintaining cheque/bank payment records

Reconciliation of supplier accounts

Accounts Receivable

Raising sales invoices in Tally

Recording customer receipts (cash, bank, UPI, etc.)

Following up on overdue payments

Customer ledger reconciliation

Taxation (Basic Knowledge)

GST: Invoice preparation, input credit reconciliation, return data preparation

TDS: Basic deduction knowledge, data collation for filing, challan tracking

Bank & Cash

Daily bank reconciliation

Cash book maintenance

Deposits & withdrawals record keeping

Other Tasks

Documentation & file management (invoices, challans, agreements)

Assisting in audit queries

Preparing expense statements

Qualifications & Skills

Graduates/Post Graduates with 2-3 years of experience

Proven experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)

Basic understanding of GST and TDS

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
