JD- Accounts and Dispatch Executive
UMA RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCTis a rubber product manufacturing company incorporated in 1991.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientedAccounts and Dispatch Executiveto manage day-to-day accounting tasks and coordinate dispatch operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and experience in handling sales invoices, logistics, and dispatch documentation in a manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and credit/debit notes in accounting software (Tally or equivalent).
- Record day-to-day transactions including cash, bank, and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Follow up for payment collection and coordinate with sales team for outstanding dues.
- Assist in monthly GST filing support and document preparation.
- Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining proper accounting records.
- Prepare reports for receivables, payables, and daily cash flow summaries.
Dispatch Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Generate e-way bills, packing lists, and dispatch invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and customers for timely delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records, GRNs, and PODs (proof of delivery) in systematic format.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods before shipment.
- Liaise with store, production, and sales teams for dispatch readiness and planning.
- Keep track of inventory levels to avoid shortages and ensure dispatch accuracy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum Requirement:
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Diploma in Accounts or Logistics OR
- Any graduate with relevant accounting and dispatch experience.
- 14 years of experience in accounts, dispatch, or logistics coordination in a manufacturing setup.
- Working knowledge ofTally ERP, MS Excel, and e-invoicing/e-way bill generation.
- Understanding of GST concepts and basic ledger management.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills to handle dispatches independently.
- Attention to detail, discipline in documentation, and basic commercial sense.
- Strong coordination ability with transporters, vendors, and internal teams.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written); Gujarati is a plus.

Selection Criteria for Accounts and Dispatch Executive
Salary: 18,000 28,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Candidate Qualification CriteriaEducation (Minimum Requirement):
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent
- Working experience in accounting or dispatch roles in a factory or trading business
Work Experience:
- 14 years of experience in handling accounts and/or dispatch operations
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient inTally ERP, GST knowledge, and invoice documentation
- Basic dispatch planning, transporter follow-up, and customer coordination
- MS Excel reporting (daily dispatch log, receivables tracking, inventory coordination)
- Timely task execution, documentation accuracy, and communication skills
Additional Preferences:
- Familiarity with rubber/plastic product dispatch or industrial billing
- Experience handling e-invoicing and e-way bills under GST
- Ability to handle pressure and work across multiple departments
