Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting work, with a focus on invoice processing, tax compliance, and reconciliation. You will be responsible for generating invoices, following up on payments, and preparing and filing TDS and GST returns. This role requires a professional with knowledge of TDS, GST, and bank reconciliation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Invoice Management: Generate and process invoices accurately and on time. Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients for payments. Maintain and update accounts receivable records.
Taxation & Compliance: Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable tax laws. Prepare and file TDS returns on time. Ensure compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations, including GST input and output reconciliation.
Reconciliation & Payments: Perform regular bank reconciliation to match transactions with bank statements. Process vendor payments and maintain accounts payable records.
Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all invoices and other financial transactions.

Skills Required

Knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Experience in invoice processing and accounts receivable/payable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle day-to-day accounting work.
Proficiency in accounting software is a plus.
