Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Pass basic accounting entries in Tally Prime
  • Maintain purchase, sales, receipts, and payment records
  • Assist in invoice preparation and data entry
  • Support GST billing and basic compliance work
  • Maintain proper records and documentation

Store & Stock Management

  • Maintain stock registers and inventory records
  • Track inward and outward movement of goods
  • Assist in Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and dispatch entries
  • Perform basic physical stock checks and report differences
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales teams
  • Assist in order processing and dispatch documentation
  • Support senior accountant with daily tasks and reports

System & Process Responsibilities

  • Work on Tally Prime for accounting and inventory entries
  • Maintain accurate data in Excel and internal systems
  • Follow company SOPs for accounting and store operations

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Com / Any Commerce Graduate
  • Freshers can apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred
  • Familiarity with Tally or MS Excel is an added advantage
