Job Summary
Leads the record to report processes ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinates financial reporting activities to meet internal and external requirements. Oversees internal controls to maintain data integrity and mitigate risks.

Skills/Competencies
- Progressive work experience in statutory and IFRS accounting, completing all components of reporting for local legal entities.
- Well versed in IFRS/GAAP (where applicable) accounting standards.
- Responsible for annual audit of Statutory Financials, CIT compliance, VAT compliance and other Direct and Indirect Tax compliance for the countries in the Growth market
- Experience researching and resolving complex accounting issues.
- Handling External auditors on IFRS/IGAAP, Statutory Laws and Direct/Indirect tax
- RTR Processes including Trial balance review, consolidation, and correction of financial statements.
- Connect with the Financial Controller, Group tax and Indirect tax operations team on any Accounting Operations topics, direct and indirect tax related matters
- Lean mindset for improving the process and gaps.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Record-to-Report processes, statutory accounting, and financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.
- Chartered accountant degree is mandatory
