Accounting Specialist

Key Deliverables:

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and standardization initiatives in partnership with Transformation & Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant GAAP, Honeywell accounting policies, and HGFC procedures.
• Drive root cause analysis to reduce exceptions and improve financial processes.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through reporting, performance metrics, and process improvements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize GA data warehouse and reporting functionality for global teams.
• Participate in process re-engineering and automation projects, focusing on R2R practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders like Controllership and Operations teams.
• Drive compliance through visibility of non-compliances and support audit processes.
