Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and meticulous Accountant - Fresher to join our dynamic Finance team. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. You'll gain hands-on experience across various accounting functions, contributing to the financial health and transparency of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.

• Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Help in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws (e.g., GST, TDS).

• Enter and update financial data in our accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and address queries.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Strong theoretical understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables).

• Excellent numerical aptitude and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of integrity, responsibility, and ethical conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or project experience in accounting or finance.

• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.

• Basic understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST, Income Tax).

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new financial tools and regulations.
