Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Jaipur, India. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
