Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journal entries.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on financial matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
