Accountant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate accounts. The Accountant will play a crucial role in the financial health of our organization by overseeing various accounting functions and providing insights into financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including GST and TDS filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. - Maintain and update accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required. Required Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
