This is a full-time remote position for an Account Executive at ILM. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating tailored financial solutions to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating across teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and convey complex financial information effectively.
• Proven organizational and analytical skills for managing client accounts, financial data, and preparing reports.
• Knowledge of financial services, including payroll, bank reconciliations, tax preparation, and expense tracking.
• Proficiency in financial software and platforms, with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating efficiently with team members.
• A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in account management, sales, or financial services is an asset.
