Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in New Delhi. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Additional responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements, conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with audits. The Accountant will also participate in budget preparation and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Strong skills in financial analysis, and preparing financial statements
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
