Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining records for tax compliance, and ensuring accurate data entry. Other duties include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and collaborating with team members to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Data Entry, and Record Management
• Familiarity with Tax Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
• Advanced skills in Tools such as Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
• Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Detail-Oriented Skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with relevant certifications such as CPA or ACCA preferred
• Proven experience in an accounting or financial role is an advantage
