Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accountant role, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards. The Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing budgets, analyzing financial data, assisting with audits, and contributing to the overall financial health and reporting integrity of the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
• Knowledge of tax compliance, audits, and regulatory standards
• Experience using enterprise accounting software and financial tools such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data and reporting
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
