Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and data accuracy.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct inventory accounting and cost tracking for raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for cost allocation and expense control.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance are met on time.
- Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Support management in financial analysis for decision-making and cost optimization.
- Maintain and update ERP/accounting systems (Tally / SAP / Zoho Books, etc.) efficiently.
