Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals, a working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Company Law, and be capable of leading the financial operations with a solution-driven mindset. This is a dynamic role that demands adaptability, process improvement thinking, and a deep understanding of financial systems like Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and handle Cash Flow Management.
- Maintain and analyze Debtor and Creditor accounts.
- Ensure GST, TDS, GSTR-9, and Annual Return filings are accurate and timely.
- Apply knowledge of Accounting Standards, Rules, and Policies for compliance and accuracy.
- Handle Payroll TDS, PF, and ESIC compliance.
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure smooth audits and statutory filings.
- Monitor cash, revenue, and expense flows to manage liquidity and working capital.
- Provide insights through Accounting Analysis to aid business decisions.
- Keep up to date with Company Law requirements and ensure necessary compliance.
- Innovate and develop internal processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements- Proven experience (4+ years) in accounting and financial management.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Company Law.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and grow with evolving business needs.
- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and the ability to build processes from scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience working with MSMEs or growing organizations.
