SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

*Oversee the monthly closing process and ensure timely completion of all financial statements.

*Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

*Conduct variance analysis and budgeting activities.

*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

*Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.

*Support financial forecasting and risk analysis.

*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

*Proficient in compiling TDS & GST and handing over to the company CA.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

*Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.

*5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
