Job Responsibilities
Handling Sales Field Officer incentive calculations and processing
Managing dealer outstanding follow-up and overdue payment collection coordination
Monitoring sales-related accounting entries and commercial transactions
Coordinating with sales team, dealers, and accounts department for payment reconciliation
Maintaining records of incentives, claims, credit notes, and dealer accounts
Supporting commercial operations related to dispatch, invoicing, and sales documentation
Preparing MIS reports related to sales, outstanding payments, incentives, and collections
Ensuring timely payment tracking and follow-up with dealers/customers
Assisting management with sales accounting analysis and reporting
Coordination with internal departments for smooth commercial workflow
Candidate Profile
Experience in Sales Accounting / Commercial Operations
Knowledge of dealer management and sales incentive processing
Good understanding of outstanding follow-up and payment coordination
Strong communication and coordination skills
Working knowledge of Tally, ERP, Excel, and commercial accounting procedures
Experience From Manufacturing / Industrial / Trading Industry Preferred
