Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves proactive client communication, business development activities to attract and onboard new clients, and ensuring optimal delivery of services. Regularly collaborating with internal teams to address client requirements and resolve issues will be key to this role. The Account Manager will also track key metrics and provide updates to stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are met.

Qualifications
  • Experience in building and nurturing client relationships, account management, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tracking client metrics to ensure outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client success and organizational goal alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in technology platforms, education, or recruitment industries is an added advantage.
