Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Delivery:
- Manage campaign timelines and provide operational support to ensure delivery meets client expectations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure materials are received, processed, and executed correctly.
- Support campaign setup, trafficking, launch, and optimization activities.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Media Operations and key partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Billing & Financial Operations:
- Support client and internal billing processes, including approval of client and intercompany invoices.
- Reconcile media delivery with supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
- Monitor budgets and ensure accurate tracking of campaign spend.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create client performance reports by consolidating data into standardized templates.
- Prepare post-buy reports detailing media delivery and actual spend.
Process Improvement & Governance:
- Partner with leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives for campaign delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with operational and financial standards, including auditing requirements.
- Provide additional operational support as required.
