Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and define the overall team strategy and approach for Display and Programmatic disciplines.
- Take ownership of the vision, direction, and growth of the Display function.
Operational Excellence & Innovation:
- Ensure best practices, consistency, and innovation across all Programmatic activities.
- Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across teams.
- Grow and evolve the product offering to remain competitive and market-leading.
Cross-Channel Collaboration:
- Liaise with other channel leaders to standardize outputs and ensure integrated marketing strategies.
- Participate in cross-channel strategic planning to align with business objectives.
Financial & Resource Management:
- Ensure achievement of annual budgets in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
- Drive profitability through effective resource planning and utilization.
Client & Partner Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media owners and senior clients.
- Enhance service offerings through strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
