Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure seamless coordination between departments, and provide customized solutions for driving success on ecommerce platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, tracking performance analytics, crafting growth strategies, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction while reporting on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Account Management, Project Coordination, and Strategic Planning
- Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing and knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or similar commerce ecosystems
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in account management or similar roles is highly advantageous
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to evolving client needs
