Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales, Bidding & Account Manager focused on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com. The role involves identifying high-quality project opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and managing client accounts from first interaction through successful project delivery. The candidate will handle client communication, gather and understand project requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution across all engagements. The role also includes monitoring proposal performance, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through freelancing platforms.

Qualifications

Strong experience in sales, bidding, and proposal writing on Upwork and Freelancer.com

Excellent client communication and account management skills

Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into clear, persuasive proposals

Knowledge of digital services including web development, app development, and digital marketing

Experience coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Analytical mindset to track proposal success rates, conversions, and client performance

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills

Prior experience managing accounts or sales on freelancing platforms is preferred
