Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Bangalore Rural. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client communication, overseeing the execution of client projects, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing client concerns. Additionally, the role entails analyzing customer needs, generating reports, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, with experience in communication and account handling
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, and team collaboration
- Analytical skills for generating reports and identifying business opportunities
- Knowledge of metal fabrication, raw materials like mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Rural and ensure effective communication and coordination with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
