Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Kozhikode. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project progress, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining client communication to address queries and concerns. The role also involves reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring service delivery meets quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client relationship management and customer service.
• Strong organizational abilities, including project management and coordination.
• Experience in reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring client needs are met.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools or CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in the real estate development industry would be advantageous.
