This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Kozhikode. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, driving customer satisfaction, handling account-related inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The Account Manager will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for account growth and developing strategic plans to meet client goals.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Team collaboration and project coordination skills
• Adaptability and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in customer success, sales, or a related field is preferred
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline
