Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with NBFCs and Fintech partners. The role involves client relationship management, revenue ownership, coordination with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NBFC and Fintech clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Business Growth & Expansion
- Analyze partner data to identify growth opportunities and gaps
- Proactively pitch new products, features, or solutions aligned with client needs in lending, payments, or compliance
End-to-End Account Management
- Coordinate with internal Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Ensure timely issue resolution and seamless partner experience
Revenue & P&L Ownership
- Own revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly targets
Market & Regulatory Awareness
- Stay updated on RBI regulations and compliance requirements impacting NBFCs
- Keep track of trends in the Fintech ecosystem such as UPI, digital lending, and regulatory changes
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in NBFCs, Fintech, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of lending, payments, or compliance-driven products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and business teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on growth and revenue ownership
Preferred Background
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients in NBFC/Fintech space
- Exposure to SaaS, APIs, or financial product implementations is a plus
