Job Description: Account Manager

We're on the lookout for an Account Manager who can juggle clients, campaigns, and creativity — all without dropping the ball.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for clients and the glue that holds internal teams together. From big-picture strategy to day-to-day execution, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly and delivers results that actually matter.

What You'll Be Up To

  • Be the main point of contact for clients — part strategist, part problem-solver, part therapist
  • Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across SEO, Paid Media (Google & Meta), Email Marketing, and more
  • Lead campaign discussions, reviews, and brainstorms that actually excite clients
  • Work closely with creative, content, tech, and media teams to bring ideas to life
  • Dive into numbers, track performance, and turn data into smart, actionable insights
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Keep projects on track, on time, and on budget (yes, all three!)

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience in account management/client servicing in a digital agency setup
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and decoding performance metrics
  • Strong communication & presentation skills — you can make even reports sound interesting
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  • The ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-moving environment
  • A take-charge attitude with a knack for solving problems before they become problems
