We are looking for a proactive and experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the success of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will act as the strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables and exceptional service standards. You will be responsible for managing and scaling digital campaigns across SEO, Paid Media (SEM & Social), Email Marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely

communication, relationship building, and service excellence.

  • Strategize, implement, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across SEO,

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and other digital platforms.

  • Lead campaign planning and performance reviews, aligning client objectives with

digital execution.

  • Work closely with creative, content, web development, and media buying teams to

coordinate and deliver all client requirements.

  • Conduct performance analysis and reporting to track ROI, using tools like Google

Analytics, Search Console, and platform-specific dashboards.

  • Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to optimize campaign outcomes

and meet KPIs.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, supporting the business

development and client growth process.

  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and expectations are managed effectively and

efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in client servicing or account management in a digital marketing agency

or related role.

  • Proven experience in campaign management across SEO, Google Ads, Meta

(Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Email platforms.

  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and ability to derive actionable insights from

data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling

presentations and reports.

  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Ads

Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and project management tools (Asana/Trello/ClickUp).

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.

  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to take initiative and ownership of client

success.
