Clickbait FZE is looking for a talented and strategic Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is a master of social media platforms, a skilled communicator, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring their social media presence is both impactful and aligned with their business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client communication and relationship management for your assigned accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and target audience.
  • Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging posting schedule across all relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations with the client's audience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing clients with regular insights and recommendations for optimization based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with our creative team, including graphic designers and copywriters, to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features to ensure client strategies remain effective and innovative.
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple client accounts and social media campaigns simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a track record of using data to inform strategy and drive results.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
