Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will manage relationships with clients, oversee accounts, develop strategies to meet client needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include handling client communications, monitoring project performance, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to client retention and growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and ensure successful execution of projects.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and using CRM tools
  • Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in sales strategy, business development, and handling customer feedback
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of industries related to quarrying or engineering is a plus
