Role Description

The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, managing accounts, coordinating internally, and resolving any customer concerns. This position requires consistent performance monitoring and reporting, creating strategic solutions, and facilitating seamless communication between departments to optimize operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in account management, customer service, and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge and experience in sales, contract negotiation, and business development is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time, organize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional experience in the logistics, supply chain, or distribution industry is advantageous.
