This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Strategic Account Manager at eClinicalWorks India Pvt. Ltd. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring effective account management strategies. Key responsibilities include fostering strong partnerships with clients, analyzing account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions. The role may also involve collaborating with different internal teams to implement solutions and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or strategic partnership development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and interaction
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess account performance and recommend improvements
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is an advantage
