Role Description

This full-time remote role involves serving as an Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving growth targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements, and monitoring market trends to stay competitive. Attention to detail and a focus on building long-term partnerships are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong account management, customer relationship management, and client service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of trading operations, market research, and deal structuring
• Ability to analyze market trends, make data-driven decisions, and identify business opportunities
• Experience in the recycling, plastics, or metals trading industry is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
