This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Manager in India.

This role sits at the core of a modern, data-driven sales organization focused on expanding strategic customer relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth across enterprise accounts. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of reseller-driven customers, working to deepen engagement, expand adoption, and identify new cross-sell and upsell opportunities across digital solutions. The position requires a consultative, insight-led sales approach, where success is driven by understanding customer workflows, business challenges, and long-term objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership and aligning solutions to business needs. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, supported by analytics, digital insights, and cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role where relationship building, strategic thinking, and execution directly influence revenue growth and customer success.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers within a reseller-transacted business segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue expansion, retention, and long-term customer success.
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across digital solutions based on customer needs and usage insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, expanding engagement from IT and procurement to senior executive levels.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer goals, pain points, and digital transformation priorities.
  • Manage opportunity pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates on account progress.
  • Lead outbound engagement and prospecting within existing accounts to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal solution specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are reflected in internal strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or SaaS solution selling.
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise or mid-market customer portfolios.
  • Strong ability to build relationships across multiple levels, including senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital media, or enterprise software sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify value-based opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data, usage patterns, and market insights to drive sales opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional, and remote-first environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
