Hybrid-T-Hub Office in Hyderabad, India

Full-Time - Independent Contractor Role

₹9 – ₹12 LPA (₹75,000 – ₹100,000 per month)

About You

You understand how paid media campaigns operate behind the scenes. You know how to manage accounts, support execution, maintain reporting quality, and keep campaigns moving efficiently across multiple clients and platforms. DUNK is looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to support the operational execution and coordination of our growing Paid Media division. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail oriented, performance focused, and comfortable working inside a fast-paced agency environment supporting both strategy and execution teams. What you will be doing

You will support the Paid Media division across:

  • campaign coordination, 
  • reporting, 
  • account execution, 
  • optimisation support, 
  • and operational delivery. 

You will work closely with:

  • Paid Media Growth Managers, 
  • Paid Media Specialists, 
  • account managers, 
  • designers, 
  • and leadership teams 

to ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed efficiently and accurately.

This role focuses on operational support and execution coordination. You will contribute to maintaining campaign quality, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting scalable delivery systems as the Paid Media division continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day to day management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal and client use
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal teams
  • Monitor campaign pacing, spend, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Support implementation of testing and optimisation initiatives
  • Maintain account hygiene, QA checks, and documentation standards
  • Support onboarding preparation and campaign setup processes
  • Assist with tracking, tagging, UTM management, and reporting accuracy
  • Escalate issues, risks, or anomalies proactively
  • Support AI workflows, automation systems, and operational improvements across Paid Media

What we are looking for

You are organised, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple accounts simultaneously.

You understand how paid media campaigns function operationally and enjoy supporting high performance teams through strong execution discipline and attention to detail.

You bring:

  • 2+ years experience in Paid Media, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management roles
  • Experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Understanding of campaign optimisation and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and process discipline
  • Experience working inside agency environments preferred
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with remote teams
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and scalable systems
