Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and cultivating client relationships, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions, and addressing client needs. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, cross-functional collaboration to meet client objectives, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. The Account Manager will also monitor client projects, track performance, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relationship Management, Key Account Management, and client-focused communication skills
• Managements of Accounts and Finance
• Proficiency in Tally
• Taxation Compliance
• Proficiency in business analytics and budgeting
• Capability to communicate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
