Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders for the financial well being of the company.
• Work closely with the company CA to finalise the details before the GST and annual Tax returns.
• Forecasting costs for the upcoming season of the tours and aligning it to the actual cost of the current season.
• Manage all reporting to the founders of the company.

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience
• Articulate with accounting and with leadership skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to other offices.
• Tally and other AI-related platform knowledge.
