This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Jaipur. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Daily tasks include managing client orders, resolving customer inquiries, overseeing product delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product offerings and improvements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and develop client relationships
• Proficiency in client account management and problem-solving
• Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage client orders and meet deadlines
• Understanding of jewelry design and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Experience in the retail or export sectors is advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
