Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager (Upselling), located in Jaipur. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, and developing business plans. They will collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NoBrokerHood's offerings to enhance value for customers.

  • Analytical Skills for identifying growth opportunities and decision-making
  • Customer Service skills for maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Experience in Business Planning and developing client-centric strategies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in community management or prop-tech industries is a plus
