We're looking for a commercially driven Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of client service and sales. You'll manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and play a key role in retaining, growing, and expanding revenue through consultative relationships and strategic upsell/cross-sell.

This isn't just project coordination-it's client relationship ownership with a strong focus on identifying new business within existing accounts and helping clients get the most out of Dynata's offerings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across consulting, investment, and corporate verticals
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders from day-to-day contacts to senior decision-makers
  • Manage end-to-end survey research and data delivery projects, ensuring exceptional execution and repeat business
  • Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to close incremental revenue
  • Help clients uncover new ways to use Dynata data whether through targeting, methodology, or activation solutions
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Ops, PMs) to scope, price, and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Stay ahead of client needs and bring forward new ideas and innovations proactively

What You Bring

  • 24 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales support (market research or data/tech preferred)
  • Proven ability to grow accounts, spot revenue opportunities, and influence purchasing decisions
  • A client-first mindset with strong business acumen and you know how to drive value and show ROI
  • Strong project management skills and can juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) and executive presence when needed
  • Bonus: Familiarity with survey research, digital advertising, or audience measurement
