- Drive growth within existing banking accounts while acquiring new BFSI clients
- Manage and expand relationships within the Finacle ecosystem and enterprise banking stakeholders
- Sell banking technology solutions including payment platforms, compliance products, and application services
- Own end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closure
- Experience in banking technology / Finacle ecosystem / enterprise BFSI sales
- Strong track record in account management (farming) and new business acquisition (hunting)
- Existing relationships within banking or Finacle ecosystem preferred
- Background in enterprise software, IT solutions, or system integration sales with stable career progression
