Job Description

  • Drive growth within existing banking accounts while acquiring new BFSI clients
  • Manage and expand relationships within the Finacle ecosystem and enterprise banking stakeholders
  • Sell banking technology solutions including payment platforms, compliance products, and application services
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closure
  • Experience in banking technology / Finacle ecosystem / enterprise BFSI sales
  • Strong track record in account management (farming) and new business acquisition (hunting)
  • Existing relationships within banking or Finacle ecosystem preferred
  • Background in enterprise software, IT solutions, or system integration sales with stable career progression

The client is a 30+ year established enterprise technology organization specializing in banking solutions, payment platforms, and Finacle implementation services, with deep-rooted relationships across government bodies and leading banking institutions.

This is a Key Account Manager role focused on growing and expanding enterprise banking accounts through a mix of farming (60%) and hunting (40%). You will drive software and banking technology sales across Finacle ecosystem and BFSI clients, building long-term strategic relationships and new revenue streams.
