About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and relationship-driven Account Manager - South region

to manage and grow our franchise partner network across the South region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for franchise account management, royalty collection, partner engagement, and ensuring strong operational coordination with franchise stakeholders.

This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially sharp, excellent at relationship management, and capable of driving accountability with franchise partners while maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Account Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with franchise partners across the South region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for franchise accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
  • Drive partner engagement and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with franchise owners and leadership teams.

Royalty Collection & Financial Coordination

  • Ensure timely and accurate royalty collections from franchise partners.
  • Track outstanding payments, follow up proactively, and resolve payment-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for reconciliations, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Maintain strong financial discipline across assigned accounts.

Business Performance & Growth

  • Monitor franchise performance metrics and identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Support franchise partners in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Share insights, reports, and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial agreements, and compliance standards.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and support teams.
  • Handle escalations effectively and ensure quick resolution of partner concerns.
  • Travel within the South region as required for partner meetings and reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Franchise Management, Key Accounts, or Business Operations.
  • Strong experience in collections, partner management, or revenue/account handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and business tracking tools is preferred.
