Job Description

Dynamic sales professional with proven expertise in key account management, business

development, and client relationship management. Skilled in driving sales growth through strategic

engagement with architects, designers, PMCs, and end users. Strong in market intelligence,

solution-based selling, and negotiation, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering value driven results.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive global sales growth through strategic market expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and implement region-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with key international clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead sales performance improvement initiatives across global teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Enhance customer experience through solution-oriented sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch. solution pitch; negotiation & opportunity closure.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams across regions.

Work Experience and Skills:

  • 3 to 4 Years of experience- Exposure to project(corporate interiors) selling with Designer& PMC focus Teamwork, mainly dealing with Global Clients are most preferred.
  • Communication -Good English Fluency to handle Global Clients.
