Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and skilled Account Managers/Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves a deep understanding of our services and solutions, excellent customer relationship skills, and a strategic approach to account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within your accounts.
- Account Strategy: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Solution Promotion: Advocate the full range of atQor's solutions and services to clients.
- Feedback and Reporting: Relay client feedback to internal teams, including product and service enhancements. Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven account management or other relevant experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud solutions and Microsoft technologies is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed within the region.
