Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and aligning client needs with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing) to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic account plans and performance reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
