Role Description

The Account Executive role at 33Careers is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients, provide detailed sales reports, and maintain a strong understanding of our AI-powered HR platform. Presenting and negotiating proposals, as well as ensuring client satisfaction, will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales skills, including client prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building
  • Proven ability in negotiation, communication, and presentation
  • Experience in business development or account management
  • Knowledge of human resources, talent development, or related industries
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus
