Account Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Mengio. The Account Executive will manage relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders, support store-level commercial activities, and ensure accurate billing, collections, and account reconciliation. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports, supporting pricing and promotional initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams such as finance, operations, and merchandising. The role also involves addressing account-related queries, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in account management, client servicing, and relationship building to support store and business partners effectively.
• Proficiency in basic finance and accounting concepts, including invoicing, reconciliation, collections follow-up, and reporting.
• Comfort with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or retail systems; experience with SAP or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze sales and account data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present information clearly.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field; relevant experience in retail or FMCG is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mengio, visit stores as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
